Shooting Ground

Polisportiva A.D. Laterina (TAV Laterina) is a premier, highly versatile shooting range located in the picturesque Bellavista area of Arezzo, Tuscany. Officially certified by FITAV and FITASC, the facility is perfectly designed to accommodate everyone from absolute beginners and families to Olympic-level athletes and national teams. The absolute key feature of this range is its unique topography: the rolling Tuscan hills provide a challenging natural terrain that creates extreme, unpredictable target trajectories for Sporting, all perfectly complemented by a traditional Tuscan restaurant situated directly on the shooting lines.

The facility is renowned for its intense competition calendar, hosting everything from regional qualifiers to the prestigious international Gold Cup Beretta. The range supports a comprehensive array of shooting disciplines:

  • Olympic Disciplines: Fossa Olimpica (Trap) and Skeet (ISSF), featuring flawless backgrounds and serving as an official training base for the Italian National Team.

  • Sporting & Hunting: Sporting (Percorso di Caccia) and Compak Sporting, utilizing the complex terrain for maximum difficulty.

  • Specialized & Inclusive: Helice (Elica), Universal Trench, and Paratrap, highlighting the facility's accessible infrastructure.

Technologically and logistically, TAV Laterina operates at the highest international standards. The advanced infrastructure includes:

  • Extensive Fields: Multiple fully equipped fields capable of hosting massive events with over 200 athletes.

  • Advanced Equipment: Up to five independent throwing machines per station (including the challenging "Extreme Target"), acoustic Multipull systems, and digital scoring.

  • Premium Amenities: An on-site Bar-Ristorante & Pizzeria for immediate dining, vast parking areas, and an exclusive partnership with the 4-star Hotel Minerva for athlete accommodation.

Training is a core pillar of the complex, which hosts an official Federal School (Scuola Federale). Directed by Lorenzo Godi, a highly decorated Level 2 Federal Instructor and recipient of the "Pegaso per lo Sport" award, the school provides top-tier education. Training formats range from youth initiation programs (CAS) focused on safety and basics, to advanced technical and psychological preparation for competitive professional shooters.

Thanks to its modular design and exceptional management, the range is the perfect destination for a wide demographic. It is highly recommended for:

  • Beginners & Youth: Safe, structured learning through the official Federal School.

  • Professional Athletes: Flawless ballistics and strict ISSF compliance for elite training.

  • Teams & Corporates: Excellent hospitality, team-building options, and capacity for large club events.

  • Families: A welcoming atmosphere with authentic Tuscan food and safe viewing areas.
