About competition

PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITIONS

The purpose of the competitions is to promote hunting shooting and develop shooting skills.

 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE COMPETITIONS?

To register for the competitions, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the clayarena.com website

  2. Select the competition “1st Shooting Picnic Trofeum 2026” and register.

 

In case of problems, you can contact the number 786-012-438 for help with registration.

 

 

ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPETITIONS

The competitions are open and will be conducted on 4 parkour stations.

Registrations via the Clayarena service until 25.01.2026

We use online registrations which allow us to determine how many people we need to prepare for, so please register via the Clayarena service within the specified time.

 

ENTRY FEE FOR THE COMPETITIONS

The entry fee is 220zł payable on site on the day of the competitions.

Please confirm attendance at the competitions by 25.01.2026

 

 

DATE AND VENUE OF THE COMPETITIONS

The competitions will be held at the hunting shooting range Trofeum in Malbork on 01 February 2026 (SUNDAY) according to the following schedule:

From 10:00 – 10:30 – issuing starting numbers,

From 10:30 – 10:50 – opening of the competitions

From 11:00 – 14:00 – shooting competitions on all stations according to the shooting schedule.

From 14:30 – 15:00 – Shooting Poker

From 15:00 – award ceremony and announcement of results

 

 

The scheduled time for each competition is 25 minutes.

 

PRIZES

The organizer has provided medals and prizes for the best.

  

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

Every competitor is guaranteed a meal.

Competitors shoot with their own firearms and ammunition.

Every participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the shooting range regulations and competition regulations posted on the information board and strictly comply with them.

There is a medical care point at the shooting range.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited at the shooting range.

Smoking and the use of mobile phones are prohibited within the shooting stations.

Management is led by experts such as Vice President Maciej Pasternak and RTS Commission head Alicja Szewczuk, ensuring that all training and tournaments adhere to national sports regulations.
