Ole NIEMCZIK

I am a CPSA Level 2 Sporting Coach, active clay shooter and long-time hunter. My coaching combines practical competition experience with structured technical and mental training.

I primarily work in the disciplines Sporting, Compak-Sporting, English-Sporting, Trap and Skeet. My goal is to help shooters develop a clear understanding of targets, movement, timing and decision-making on the stand.

In my coaching I focus on building a structured approach to shotgun shooting. This includes target reading, gun movement, timing, mental routines and the ability to reproduce performance under pressure.

I developed the RAR framework (Read – Align – Repeat) to help shooters analyse targets, organise their thoughts before the shot and execute consistently.

My training is tailored to the individual shooter – from hunters looking to improve their practical shotgun skills to experienced clay shooters preparing for competition.
