Matthews Arena Shooting School, integrated into the historic Waldsteinovo Zátiší estate in the Czech Republic's Vysočina region, is an elite training and competition complex. Surrounded by 150 hectares of mature forest, this highly private venue provides an ideal environment for professional athletes, corporate groups, and families seeking an exclusive outdoor experience. The standout feature of the range is its expert mentorship led by head coach Filip Matějů, a top-30 world shooter and Czech record holder, combined with a highly varied, natural woodland terrain.

As a world-class facility, the range is a certified venue for major national and international tournaments. It regularly hosts prestigious events such as the FITASC Sporting Czech Grand Prix, the Compak Sporting Czech Grand Prix, and the Czech National Championship in Compak Sporting. Beyond professional sports, the complex has a massive institutional capacity, organizing 60 to 80 corporate and group events annually. These events are offered on a "turnkey" basis for up to 200 guests, featuring full catering, internal shuttle transport, and computerized scoring with personalized corporate diplomas.

The technical infrastructure is built to meet the rigorous demands of international shooting federations, ensuring both variety and reliability. The key components on the range include:

• Disciplines & Layout: 20 full shooting lines, featuring 16 Sporting Clays (Lovecký parkúr) positions, 5 Compak Sporting fields, American Trap, and a 25-meter running boar target.

• Equipment: State-of-the-art Laporte and Promatic throwing machines, fully synchronized with high-speed Multipull automation systems.

• Infrastructure: A social center with a 100-seat restaurant and bar, an adjacent wooden grilling pergola for 100 guests, and elevated platforms for simulating high-angle shots.

• Terrain & Climate: The rolling forest landscape provides natural wind protection and generates complex optical light contrasts, allowing for highly realistic target flight paths.

Training at the arena is deeply personalized, catering to diverse groups ranging from complete novices to elite athletes. The venue effectively serves multiple audiences:

• Novices: Instructors provide a safe, supervised introduction to shooting fundamentals and gun safety.

• Elite Athletes & Hunters: Professionals get access to highly complex trajectories and expert FITASC preparation, while hunters can practice field precision.

The primary advantages of the Zátiší range are its highly reliable automated equipment, the challenging natural terrain, world-class mentorship, and absolute privacy. While specific clay and shotgun rental prices are often customized as part of event packages, other activities have set rates. For instance, archery, slingshot, or air rifle shooting costs 500 CZK per hour with an instructor, and Flobert shooting costs 500 CZK per hour plus 25 CZK per cartridge.
