The 44th World Sporting Championship was held from July 14 to July 17, 2022. The major international tournament served as the Finale of the Beretta World Sporting Cup and was hosted by the TAV Orvieto Shooting Range in Botto, Orvieto, Italy. The main competition layout featured a total of 200 targets divided into 50 targets per competition day.

Event Schedule

  • Saturday, July 9 – Sunday, July 10: Trainings from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (09.00 - 19.00 h).

  • Monday, July 11 – Tuesday, July 12: Official Trainings from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (09.00 - 19.00 h).

  • Wednesday, July 13:

    • Official Trainings from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (09.00 - 14.00 h).

    • Opening Ceremony & BIB distribution at 5:30 pm (17.30 h), followed by a buffet party with Italian specialties for all participants.

  • Thursday, July 14: 1st Day Competition – 50 targets starting at 9:00 am.

  • Friday, July 15: 2nd Day Competition – 50 targets starting at 9:00 am.

  • Saturday, July 16: 3rd Day Competition – 50 targets starting at 9:00 am.

  • Sunday, July 17:

    • 4th Day Competition – 50 targets starting at 9:00 am.

    • Prize award & Closing ceremony at the "Event Center" of the Orvieto Shooting Range at 6:00 pm (18:00).

  • € 295 – Individual entry for Man, Ladies, Senior, Veterans, and Master categories.

  • € 180 – Individual entry for Juniors.

  • € 100 – National Teams entry fee.
