The schedule allocated a two-day block for practice and registration before opening the official 200-target tournament over the weekend:
13 August – 14 August (Thursday – Friday): Layout Practice & Training | 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (10:00-16:00)
14 August (Friday): Formal Opening Ceremony | Starting at 6:00 pm (18:00)
15 August (Saturday): Competition Day (100 Targets) | Starting at 9:00 am (9:00)
16 August (Sunday): Competition Day (100 Targets) | Starting at 9:00 am (9:00) followed by the Awards Ceremony.
2. Registration & Entry Fees
Applications required formal completion prior to the absolute deadline of July 31st, 2015. Registration fees were assigned as follows:
110 EUR – Entry fee for Senior, Veteran, and Super Veteran categories.
70 EUR – Entry fee for Lady and Junior categories.
Note: Entry applications became valid exclusively upon verified payment of the category fee.

A. Awards and Prizes
Tournament winners were awarded official championship Cups and Medals in accordance with standard FITASC guidelines.
Elite place finishers additionally received valuable merchandise prizes provided by the event's general corporate sponsor, Purnavu Muiža.
B. Firearms Customs and Border Formalities
EU Competitors: Persons holding a valid European Firearms Pass were permitted entry into Latvia with their personal competition weapon and corresponding ammunition without requiring extra special permits.
Non-EU Competitors: Marksmen traveling from non-European Union nations were required to obtain a designated Latvian special weapon import permit. (Standard processing timeline for documentation required 3 weeks).
