February 15th (Sunday): Official Practice Lines & Registration Office Open | 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (1300-1600)
February 16th (Monday): Branch Creek Station Sporting 100
Details: A standalone 100-target warm-up event designed to acclimate shooters to the alpine background conditions.
Entry Fee: $80.00 USD/NZD (Includes a $20 allocation into the competitive Lewis Class ranking system).
February 17th – 18th (Tuesday – Wednesday): Sporting Clay New Zealand Championships
Details: A demanding 200-target preliminary national course. Concludes Wednesday afternoon with the traditional Buck Knives North vs. South Match.
Entry Fees: $200 for Seniors | $175 for Juniors.
Prizes: High Over All (HOA) received a custom 1oz Pure Gold Clay target, an official champion's sash, and apparel from premium outfitters Rodd & Gunn.
February 19th (Thursday): Official Day Off | No competitive rotations scheduled.
February 20th – 21st (Friday – Saturday): NZ FITASC Sporting Grand Prix
Details: The main international selection event consisting of a premier 200-target program.

2. Grand Prix Registration & Entry Fees
Championship entry packages for the definitive two-day FITASC event were scaled as follows:
$270.00 – Individual entry fee for Open/Senior, Ladies, Veterans, and Super Veterans categories.
$200.00 – Individual entry fee for Juniors and Sub-Juniors.
Optional sweeps and Lewis Class entry pools were made available on-site across all individual matches.
