FITASC Compak Sporting Competition Calendar

What is FITASC Compak Sporting
FITASC Compak Sporting is a dynamic and compact clay shooting discipline developed by FITASC, known for its intensity and high sporting precision. Shooting is performed with a sporting smoothbore shotgun at various clay targets launched from six traps (A-F) at different angles and speeds. Unlike classic sporting layouts, FITASC Compak is conducted within a clearly defined shooting area: a rectangular target fly-over zone 35-40 meters wide and 25 meters deep, featuring five shooting stations.

Thanks to its compact layout and wide variety of target trajectories - crossing, incoming, outgoing, high arcing, and low rolling "rabbit" targets - this discipline perfectly combines pace, technique, and visual excitement. Each shooter must quickly adapt to changing flight paths, maintain precise gun control, and stay fully focused.

Competition Format
FITASC Compak Sporting competitions follow strict international FITASC regulations. A standard round consists of 25 targets, distributed across the shooting stations in several combinations:

  • 5 single targets;

  • 3 singles + 1 double;

  • 1 single + 2 doubles (either simultaneous or report pairs).

Trajectories and station menus are carefully designed in advance to ensure diversity, balance, and safety. Shooters compete either in squads of up to 6 shooters, moving through each stand in order, or in the in-line format, where shooters rotate continuously from station to station.

To determine the winners, organizers may conduct shoot-offs on a special layout featuring 1 single target and 2 simultaneous doubles.
