Atkin Grant & Lang (AGL) is a premier full-time clay shooting venue situated in the scenic countryside of Markyate, Hertfordshire, just a short drive from North London. Merging the legacies of three legendary London gunmakers - Joseph Lang, Stephen Grant, and Henry Atkin—the facility provides a unique blend of heritage and modern shooting excellence. Infrastructure and Specialized Equipment
The ground operates up to 16 multi-trap stands daily, utilizing a sophisticated "Auto Play & Pay" system that allows for a seamless shooting experience. All stands are equipped with high-quality Promatic traps and the Claymate release system, which includes a three-second solo delay for individuals practicing alone. Key infrastructure features include:
